1.About these terms
Saudi Netlinks is operated by MBIT AS (organisation number 936976271), registered in Norway (“we”, “us”).
B2B matching service. Consumers in Saudi Arabia submit quote requests on our websites and give explicit consent to be contacted. We verify each request and deliver it to registered, manually approved service providers, who pay a fixed fee per request delivered. Requests that don't meet our criteria are credited within 5 days. Business customers only; consumers never pay us.
These terms form the agreement between us and the business that signs up as a partner (“you”). They apply from the moment your application is accepted, or you first receive a request, whichever comes first.
The Refund & credit policy and the Privacy policy form part of these terms.
2.Definitions
Request — a request for a quote submitted by a customer in Saudi Arabia, with the customer’s consent to be contacted by providers.
Delivered — a request is delivered when we have sent it to you by email, WhatsApp or the partner portal.
Fee — the fixed price per delivered request for the category of that request, in Saudi riyals (SAR).
Categories and cities — the services and locations you have told us you serve, as confirmed by us.
3.Who can be a partner
You must be a business registered in Saudi Arabia with a valid commercial registration (CR), and hold any licence your activity requires.
The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. We review and approve every partner manually before any request is delivered, may verify your registration, and may decline or end a partnership at our discretion.
4.What we provide
We send you requests that match your categories and cities. Each request contains the customer’s contact details and a description of the job.
We do not guarantee a number of requests. Volume depends on customer demand.
A request may be sent to more than one suitable provider, since the customer has asked for quotes.
We do not carry out the services and are not a party to any agreement between you and the customer. The work, its price and its quality are your responsibility.
5.Your obligations
You agree to:
- contact customers promptly and professionally;
- use a customer’s personal data only to respond to that customer’s request;
- not pass requests on to anyone else or use them for any other purpose;
- comply with the laws that apply to your business, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL);
- tell us without delay if your registration, licence, categories or cities change.
6.Fees
You pay a fixed fee for each delivered request. The fee depends on the category, is agreed with you on sign-up and is shown in your partner account. Typical fees per sector are listed on our Partners page.
The fee that applies is the fee in force when the request is delivered.
We may change fees with at least 14 days’ notice by email. A change never affects requests already delivered.
There is no subscription fee, no set-up fee and no minimum number of requests.
Fees are stated exclusive of any taxes that may apply under applicable law.
7.Payment and invoices
Fees are charged weekly to a saved card: every Sunday, for the requests delivered during the past week.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe; we store only a reference to the card (such as the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date).
Invoices are issued by MBIT AS (organisation number 936976271), registered in Norway.
If a payment fails, we may pause delivery of new requests until it is settled.
8.Invalid requests and credits
If you report an invalid request within 5 days of delivery, we credit its fee. A request is invalid if:
- the phone number is wrong or unreachable;
- it duplicates a request already delivered to you;
- it is outside your cities or categories.
A request is not invalid because the customer chose another provider, did not accept your price or changed their mind.
Credits are set against your next weekly charge, as described in the Refund & credit policy.
9.Pausing and ending the partnership
There is no lock-in and no minimum commitment. You can pause or stop receiving requests at any time by email or in the partner portal.
We may suspend or end the partnership if you breach these terms, if customers make well-founded complaints, or if fees remain unpaid.
Fees for requests delivered before a pause or termination remain payable.
10.Personal data
When you receive a request, you become responsible for your own use of the customer’s personal data and must protect it.
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
11.Liability
We pass on requests as submitted by customers and cannot guarantee their content or the customer’s conduct.
Our total liability towards you is limited to the fees you have paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with at least 14 days’ notice by email. If you continue to receive requests after that, the new terms apply.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are settled by the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
