1.Who is responsible
Saudi Netlinks is operated by MBIT AS (organisation number 936976271), registered in Norway, 1337 Sandvika, which is the controller of the personal data described here.
For anything about your personal data, email info@saudinetlinks.com.
2.What this policy covers
This policy covers customer requests, partner applications and accounts, and visits to this website.
3.Personal data we collect
Customers — name, mobile number, email if given, city and area, a description of the job and answers to our questions, and a record of your consent (the text you agreed to and when).
Partners — company name, commercial registration number, categories and cities, contact person, mobile number, email, billing details, and a reference to the payment card.
Website visitors — technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
4.How we use it, and why
We use personal data:
- to pass a customer’s request to suitable providers — based on the customer’s consent;
- to run the partnership, deliver requests, bill and give credits — to perform our agreement with partners;
- to keep bookkeeping records — because the law requires it;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and keep our services secure — based on our legitimate interests.
A customer can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect requests already shared.
6.Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us. We keep only a reference to the card, such as the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.
7.Transfers between countries
We are registered in Norway and serve Saudi Arabia, so personal data is processed in both countries and may be processed by our suppliers elsewhere. When data is transferred, we use the safeguards the applicable law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
8.How long we keep it
9.Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and any other data protection law that applies to us, you can:
- be informed about how your data is used;
- get access to and a copy of your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted when it is no longer needed;
- withdraw consent.
Email info@saudinetlinks.com to use your rights. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) or the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
10.Security
We protect personal data with access control, encryption in transit and by limiting who can see it. Phone numbers are matched against duplicates using a one-way hash.
12.Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
